PLANK is now reviewing Vancouver's 2009 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival.

The online magazine is a forum where the performing arts created and produced in Vancouver can be debated with passion and intelligence. In particular, Plank will cover work being created by emerging or cutting edge artists. The core of the Plank Collective met during the 2008 PuSh Festival, where they participated in a workshop organized by RealTime (see RT Features). Their experience proved the need for more in-depth coverage of the performing arts in Vancouver and, with the support of the Magnetic North Festival, formed Plank.
